USAGE AND MAINTENANCE

1.Installation and Use:
   The mattress is designed for easy setup and requires no complicated installation process. Simply unpack the mattress, gently unfold it, and place it on your medical bed. Ensure the mattress is placed in a dry, well-ventilated room to prevent damage to internal materials from damp or humid environments.

 

2. Cleaning and Maintenance:
    The cover is easily removable. Regularly inspect the cover and wipe clean or disinfect as needed (recommended using 75% alcohol or sodium hypochlorite solution below 1000ppm). The mattress core is made of foam and airbags and cannot be washed. If stains or liquids penetrate the core, promptly wipe clean and ensure it is completely dry to prevent bacterial growth. Store airbags in a dry, clean, and moderate temperature environment. Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources to prevent material aging. Regularly visually inspect airbags for any signs of wear or damage. Do not use strong cleaners or chemical solvents on the mattress to avoid damage to materials.

 

3. Adjustment and Care:
    The mattress features airbag design. Regularly check the integrity and pressure of the airbags during use to ensure they are functioning properly. The airbags are equipped with a self-sealing valve design to prevent leaks after inflation. Due to natural gas permeability loss, airbag pressure may naturally decrease over time. Use the inflation tube at the bottom of the core to inflate the airbags as needed. Each mattress core is equipped with an inflation pump.

 

4. Removal of Dust Cover:
    The mattress typically includes a dust cover to protect the core from dust and debris. Before using the mattress, gently remove the dust cover and place the mattress on the medical bed.
